Playback Video (NetClient) [DVR PRO 4/8/16]

 

[This note applies to all ICR Pro series DVRs]

Note: In the picture, the number represents the step number in the walkthrough.

 

 

Step 1: Login to the DVR as an administrator through the net client software. Click on the “Manager Login” icon. Proceed with picking the correct host name and enter in you’re administrator password.

 

Step 2: Once logged in, right click on one of the empty tiled screens to bring up a menu. Than click on “Netplay” to bring up the playback menu.

 

 

Step 3: Now that the playback menu is open, the first thing you want to do is select the channel you want the search to look for. You will than choose the begin time and end time to which you want your search to be based on. You should keep the type of recordings all checked if you don’t have different times of the days where the recording changes

 

Step 4: After you’re sure everything in the search parameters are set correctly, press the “Search” button to populate the fields below. Once you find the videos you want to playback, click on it to highlight it and click on “Play” towards the bottom left hand side of the menu. You should now see you’re playback play in the empty tile that you originally right clicked in to bring up the search menu. Note that you can stream line multiple playbacks if you hold down shift on your keyboard and left click on the playbacks you want to view (make sure their highlighted). Playing back in multiple tiles can also be done at the same time.
